Abductors demand ransom of N10 million for two Chinese expatriates


Abductors of the two Chinese expatriates at Okepa/Itikan Village through Ifewara town in Atakumosa West Local Government Area have requested N10 million payoff before their delivery.

It was gathered that the shooters attacked a mining site in the town around 4 pm and whisked away Messrs Zhao Jian, 33 and When 50, after they shot their two private gatekeepers.

Representative of Osun Police Command, Yemisi Opalola while on Rave FM in Osogbo revealed the abductors are requesting N10 million for the abductees.

She said: “We are still trailing the kidnappers, we have not yet discovered their identities However, I guarantee the public that prompt action is being taken to capture them, we will publicize their identities.

“Those abductors are requesting pay off and we are as yet chipping away at approaches to protect the two Chinese victims.

Since they were abducted by the abductors, police, and Tactical Section, The Hunters Group of Nigeria with the Joint Task Force. (JTF). has been making every efforts to arrest and the culprits and recover the abductees’

I am hereby appealing to the general public that anyone that has any useful information about the kidnappers should come forward.
