The battle over the ticket of APGA for the 2021 Anambra state governorship election has taken a new shape as a wealthy young man from Awgbu in Orumba north LGA joins the contest.

Hon ThankGod Kenechukwu Christopher Ibeh has declared his intention to succeed gov Obiano come 2021.

His entry into the race has created a disquiet in Prof Charles Soludo’s camp as most of the APGA delegates from Orumba are already queuing behind their own. The possible delegates from Orumba who spoke to AIF Media said, Hon Ibeh has been a long standing financier of APGA activities.

Hon ThankGod Kenechukwu Christopher Ibeh, Ezebunafor is a young man who was born at Awgbu in 1975. He attended his primary school at St. Eugine primary school Ochon Obubra LGA, Cross River state. He then proceeded to Awgbu Community Secondary school and graduated with Political Sciences at the Lagos State University.

He is the Chairman/CEO Christo maritime services LTD a known and leading clearing and forwarding company in Africa.

The theme of his campaign message is UZOAMAKA…building the future on today. He believes that if we get today right, then the future is guaranteed.

His entry has disrupted the unopposed assumptions in some camps. Hon Ibeh is one the leaders of APGA in Awgbu. He believes he will pick APGA ticket at the party primaries against odds.

We wish him goodluck.

AIF Media will begin to publish declarations of governorship aspirants.
