The Lagos State Emergency Management Agency, LASEMA in an ongoing operation, is recovering an overturned articulated truck that fell into the Oshodi BRT terminal.
This was contained in a statement issued by Nosa Okunbor Head, Public Affairs-LASEMA on the 20th of June 2021.

LASEMA has activated the emergency response plan in the recovery of an overturned, empty trailer that plunged into the BRT terminal from the Oshodi Oke axis of the state.
Reports have it that an overturned Trailer with registration no. KTU 437 XU had plunged into the BRT Terminal in Oshodi due to mechanical failure was obstructing the axis.
In a statement released by the DG/CEO LASEMA, Dr. Olufemi Damilola Oke-Osanyintolu, he said, “A distress call was received from the Director of Operations (LASTMA) about an empty trailer that plunged into the above location.
“The Agency team at the main base immediately activated the LASEMA response plan and moved to the incident scene.
“On arrival at the scene of the incident, the LRT discovered a trailer with reg no. KTU 437 XU
overturned due to mechanical fault (brake failure) while descending the bridge and fell into the BRT terminal thereby obstructing the axis.
“No casualties were recorded.
“The Agency team and LASTMA are joined responders making efforts to evacuate the impediment off the road. Operations ongoing
