After taking office on May 29, President-elect Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu has been urged to unite Nigerians.
Adamimogo Worldwide Prophet Sam Olu Alo, Founder of Christ Apostolic Church (CAC) Grace of Mercy Prayer Mountain, who stated this, also appealed to all Nigerians to look beyond religious, tribal, political, or primordial sentiments and support the incoming government with their prayers for success.
Alo, who believes the President-elect’s election is predetermined by God, urged Tinubu not to disappoint Nigerians who voted for him.
The man of God also urged the government, philanthropists, and corporate organisations to establish more industries in order to reduce unemployment and promote youth entrepreneurship in the country.
Alo, who urged Nigerians to follow in the footsteps of Alhaji Aliko Dangote, who has been working tirelessly to create jobs for the country’s unemployed youth, described the inauguration of the Dangote Refinery as a welcome development, noting that it has the potential to create tens of thousands of jobs.
“If we have ten Dangotes in Nigeria who will work with the new administration to create establishments that will help reduce unemployment, we will have peace and calm.”

He made the remarks while speaking with reporters at the end of the ministry programme at Adamimogo Jesus City, Lekki-Epe Motorway, Lagos.
“When the President-elect assumes power, he should know that Nigerians have a lot of confidence in him, and he must work assiduously to make the country great again,” he said at the “Exodus (Ayajo Majemu): No More Limitation” event.
Alo said God wants to use the incoming administration to give Nigerians hope, and he urged the president-elect not to fail and let the people down, as doing so would plunge the country into even more woes and hardship.
In wishing the President-elect success, he stated that “70% of newly elected officials will swear an oath either with the Bible or the Qur’an.” This means they must do what is right in order to bring peace and prosperity to the country.”
The cleric, who noted that Nigerians’ political awareness has grown and that they are well positioned to make their choices on who they want in power across the board, added that the upset that occurred in the last elections is a warning to whoever comes to power to do the right thing because they will be held accountable one day.
Noting that the government cannot solve Nigeria’s unemployment problem alone, he urged the private sector to assist the government by investing in industries that will create jobs for the people and put an end to criminality and other vices among the youth.
“Developed countries benefit greatly from private sector players who are committed to improving lives, strengthening communities, and stimulating societal growth and sustainable development.”
Alo expressed confidence that Bola Tinubu’s incoming administration would encourage and support entrepreneurs by creating an enabling environment for investment and business growth.
He also advised him to repair the nation’s economy and bring the people together.
“The country, Nigeria, today can be compared to a wall with many cracks, requiring Tinubu’s wisdom to restore unity and peace in the country.”
