Lille vs Chelsea LIVE: Burak Yilmaz penalty narrows Blues lead

Thomas Tuchel and co travel to Stade Pierre-Mauroy hoping to join Liverpool, Bayern Munich, Manchester City, Real Madrid, Atletico Madrid and Benfica, who have already made it through to the quarter-finals of the competition.

Chelsea lead the tie 2-0 thanks to Kai Havertz and Christian Pulisic’s goals at Stamford Bridge in February and have won four of their five fixtures since the cup clash. Lille are unbeaten since tasting defeat in SW6 and come into the match off the back of two wins and a draw in Ligue 1.

The Blues have arrived in France without Reece James, Callum Hudson-Odoi, Saul Niguez and Ross Barkley, but Tuchel will be confident his side have enough to secure qualification in European competition once again.
