Nicki Minaj’s husband Kenneth Petty faces 10 years in prison if he is convicted of a felony.

On Thursday, PageSix reported that Kenneth Petty had pleaded guilty to the charge of failing to register as a California sex offender.

In 2020, he was arrested for failing to register as a sex offender, which led to his arrest and subsequent detention.

According to reliable sources, the maximum sentence for the crime is 10 years in prison.

In addition, he faces a lifetime of probation.

It was gathered that Petty moved from New York to California in July 2019.

In November 2019, he was arrested in Beverly Hills, according to law enforcement officials.

So, in November, Petty was pulled over and arrested for failing to register as a sexual offender in California.

His crimes were allegedly committed in New York in 1995. When he was arrested, he was sentenced to four years in prison for first-degree attempted rape in New York State prison.
