Thomas Tuchel Looks Ahead To Champions League Quarter-finals After Lille Victory

The Blues, alongside Liverpool and Manchester City will discover their opponents for the Champions League quarter-finals

After overcoming Lille in the last 16, Chelsea will discover who they face in the competition’s quarter-final stage and when their matches will be played, not to mention the route to the final.

They remain in the competition with Liverpool, Manchester City, Bayern Munich, Villarreal, Real Madrid, Atletico Madrid and Benfica.

Thomas Tuchel has already taken the Blues to glory in the Champions League and will be planning to take one game at a time on route to the final at the Stade de France this year too.

The Blues can face any of the seven teams joining them in the draw, with no restrictions in place for the nation a team is from or the group they emerged from in Europe’s premier competition.

The draw takes place at the House of European Football, UEFA headquarters in Nyon, Switzerland, and is due to start at 11am. Follow all of the draw and its eccentricities with Scott Trotter below:
