A 15-year-old girl from Melton was allegedly assaulted, suffering minor injuries.
Police arrested a 16-year-old Melton girl at the scene.
She is assisting police with their enquiries.
It comes just days after shoppers were forced to flee the centre following a brawl allegedly involving a machete and an axe.
