A woman has died and two other people have been taken to hospital after they allegedly ingested a drink at a health retreat in a regional Victorian town near Ballarat.
A 53-year-old Ringwood North woman died at a retreat on Fraser Street in Clunes after on Saturday she allegedly ingested a drink about 12pm, police have said.
Two other people were taken to hospital for observation.
Police are investigating what unfolded and preparing a report for the coroner.
The town of Clunes is about 36 kilometres north of Ballarat.
