On Wednesday (today), the Flying Eagles of Nigeria will be the opponent for the Italy U-20 team, and head coach Carmine Nunziata is looking forward to a challenging matchup.

At the current 2023 FIFA U-20 World Cup in Mendoza, the Gil Azzurrini will play the West Africans in their second match in Group D at the Estadio Malvinas Argentinas. The tournament is currently underway.

On Sunday, the team led by Nunziata started off their tournament with a victory over Brazil by a score of 3-2.

The coach, on the other hand, is aware that it won’t be an easy task, particularly given the players on the Flying Eagles’ team’s physicality and speed.

“A powerful team that is challenging to compete against due to the fact that their players are both extremely tough and endowed with great speed. According to Nunziata, who was interviewed for the official website of the Italian Football Federation, “It won’t be easy, an important match to continue our journey in this World Cup.”
